Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use planechecked.property and the services offered through it by Planechecked Pest Control. When you use the site, phone the number on it, or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Planechecked Pest Control Does

Planechecked Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it works, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@planechecked.property.

Who Owns the Content

The words and design of this site belong to Planechecked Pest Control or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

As far as the law allows, Planechecked Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
